At Treat’n Me, every treat we make uses gluten-free ingredients. However, we want to be transparent with our customer, we are a home-based kitchen and are not a certified allergen-free facility. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of gluten, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, or soy. If you or your guests have a severe food allergy/celiac disease, please contact us directly before ordering so we can discuss your needs.
If you place an order more than 4 weeks before the desired pickup/delivery date:
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your date.
At 4 weeks before pickup/delivery, 40% of the order total is due.
At pickup/delivery, the remaining 50% is due.
Cancellations within the 4 weeks before the desired pickup/delivery date forfeit all payments made (the initial 10% deposit + subsequent 40% payment).
No shows are charged the remaining 50% to the payment on file.
If you place an order within the 4 week period:
At the time of booking you must pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date.
At pickup/delivery, the remaining 50% is due.
Cancellations within the 4 weeks before the desired pickup/delivery date forfeit all payments made (the 50% deposit).
No shows are charged the remaining 50% to the payment on file.
