Toni Dolph
Toni grew up as a military child, moving from place to place, but Northern Virginia always felt like home and it’s where she planted her roots for good. Living gluten free herself, she knew firsthand how hard it was to find treats that didn’t compromise on taste, texture, or that feeling of being included in every celebration. With a heart for community and a deep love of bringing people together, Toni found love in the kitchen alongside her best friend of over two decades. She noticed what so many others had felt but never said out loud: that finding gluten free treats beautiful enough for a bridal shower table or a birthday party was nearly impossible, and that when you did find them, you were often paying a premium just to feel normal. So she and Simran decided to change that. Toni is the creative force behind Treat’n Me’s designs, obsessing over every drizzle, every color, and every detail that makes each treat worthy of your most special moments.
Simran Mahan
Simran is a Northern Virginia native through and through, born and raised in the community she now bakes for. A lifelong lover of all things sweet, her passion for creating beautiful, indulgent treats took on new meaning when gluten sensitivity became part of her story. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a mission: to prove that gluten free could be just as gorgeous, just as delicious, and just as celebratory as anything else on the dessert table. When she’s not in the kitchen, Simran brings the warmth, the hustle, and the organizational backbone that keeps Treat’n Me running, and she hasn’t met a dessert she didn’t want to make better.
